THE PROPERTY SEARCH SERVICE

* An initial private consultation. Through a face to face meeting, by telephone or online, the consultation enables us to discuss your search criteria and gain an understanding of what kind of property you are looking for, the timeframes you are working towards and the budget we need to work within.
* Detailed research of the market. We utilise resources such as the internet and the press and have a constantly developing national network of estate agents, developers and private owners who contact us, looking for buyers.
* Property previewings and compilation of shortlist - all properties are viewed and inspected to ensure that they meet your criteria.
* Accompanied viewings are then arranged at your convenience (day, evening or weekends).
* Comprehensive management, daily reporting of progress and support with a single point of contact at all times
* Negotiation of preferred terms for your purchase or rental.
* Progression and management of the entire rental or purchasing process through to exchange of contracts and successful completion.

We will continue to search until we find you the right combination of location, property and price. The length of time this may take will vary but you can rest assured that there is someone acting solely on your behalf, who is proactively managing the search.

RETAINING FEE - Purchase or Rental Search: £750 + VAT
Deductible from Success Fee

SUCCESS FEE - Purchase Search: Calculated as 1.5% of the purchase price + VAT
(Payable on exchange of contracts)

Rental Search: One month's rent
